MOSTLY CLOUDY AND SEASONABLE AFTER SOME MUCH NEEDED RAIN….
Today we observed overcast conditions with increasing
visibility. We started off the day with a half mile
of visibility, and it increased to 70 miles by the
1 P.M. observation. Rainfall totaled a significant
2.11 inches by 7 A.M., with the event total being
2.41 inches. Some light snow was observed this morning,
leaving 0.1 inches on the snow boards at 7 A.M.
With all this rain, we have an inch of surplus rainfall
on the month with an annual deficit of -10.41 inches.
Wind is northwesterly with speeds around 15 mph and
frequent gusts of 25 mph.
The high so far today is 40F, which is the same as
the normal maximum. The low since midnight is 31F,
which is 6 degrees above the normal minimum of 25F.
