BEAUTIFUL START TO THE WEEKEND WITH MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES….

Skies started the morning mostly clear, with just a few altocumulus
and cirrus dotting the sky. Since then, the cirrus have remained, with
the addition of some fair weather cumulus. The combination of warm
temperatures, dew points in the 50s, and a light wind make it an
amazing day to enjoy the outdoors.

The temperature bottomed out at 61F early this morning, and quickly
rose into the low 80s by the afternoon. After rising briefly to 60F
this morning, the dew point has fallen back into the upper 50s.

Winds have been on the lighter side, with the average speed to
this point being 7mph, mostly out of the west-northwest. The peak gust
so far is only about 18mph, taking place just before 10:45am.

Visibility has been decent today, holding between 30-40 miles as it
is a bit hazy out there.

The maximum temperature so far today is 81F, which is 2 degrees
above the normal high of 79F. The minimum temperature since
midnight is 61F, which is 1 degree below the normal low of 62F.
