BEAUTIFUL SUMMER WEATHER CONTINUES…

It has been another nice day on the summit today.  The morning low
temperature of 59F was a little warmer than the day before, but the
dew point is holding in the middle 50s today.  The sky was nearly
free of clouds this morning, though a veil of thin cirrus clouds
have advanced into the area by late morning.  Cumulus and a few
moderate cumulus are building inland away from the coast at mid-day.
The wind direction has gradually veered from W at midnight through
N to ENE during the morning, though the wind speed has remained
light all day. The barometric pressure near 30.30 inches today is
the highest of the month so far.
