Today is an overcast one with mostly a chilly easterly wind
around 15 mph and a max gust of 23 mph. Conditions are hazy,
yielding a visibility of 30 miles at most this morning.
However, visibility was much better this afternoon at 60 miles!

Definitely not shorts weather!
