FAIR WEATHER WITH SOME WIND AS THE WEATHER IMPROVES….
Since 7 A.M. yesterday, another 0.18 inches of precipitation
was measured. Following that, we have seen an excellent
average visibility of 85 miles and partly cloudy skies.
Conditions are dry with dew points in the low 20’s. This
indicates a change in air mass since yesterday.
Wind is, once again, the main feature of the day. The
average speed is 20 mph with the highest gust so far today
at almost 50 mph. The cool, westerly breeze keeps the region
seasonable in regard to daytime highs and lows.
The high so far today is 50F, which is the same as the
normal maximum. The low since midnight is 34F, which is
a degree above the normal minimum of 33F.
