Dense fog reduced visibility to zero at times this morning.

Southerly winds developed early this morning, pushing the temperature and
dew point into the mid 60s by the 7 A.M. EST observation.

The wind has increased throughout the morning into this afternoon, gusting
frequently in the 35-45 mph range with a few higher gusts.
