Last evening’s rain brought an additional 0.27 in. of precip, making
the monthly total now 7.04 in. and departure 2.51 in. above normal.
October is now only the second month in 2016 to end with above normal
precip; the other is February.
Today’s clear skies and low dew points were due to high pressure building
from the east. Winds have been gusting around 20 MPH out of the NW.
Temperatures continue to be below average with an overnight minimum of
