A COLD AND CLEAR MORNING WITH INCREASING AFTERNOON
CLOUDS….

We measured a low temperature of 27F this morning, 13
degrees below the daily normal of 40F. The record low
for this date is 24F in 1969. Clouds have increased
since noon, with skies being clear this morning. Winds
have remained relatively light and westerly throughout
the day. Visibility increased from 70 to 75 miles between
the 7 A.M. and 1 P.M. observations. The high so far today
is 50F, 8 degrees below the normal daily maximum of 58F.
