PLEASANT CONDITIONS RETURN WITH BUILDING HIGH PRESSURE

Sunny skies returned to Great Blue Hill today with a brief period of
broken stratocumulus during the 10:00AM EST observation.  Winds were
lightly gusting out of the NW-N all morning and changed to a north-
easterly direction in the early afternoon.  Dry conditions also returned
with dew points in the upper-20s and low-30s.

Temperatures continue to be slightly cooler than average.  The overnight
low of 33F was 3F below normal, while the max. temp. by 1:00PM was 46F,
7F below normal.
