COOL DAY WITH EARLY MORNING RAIN SHOWER

Light drizzle turned to light rain around 6:00AM EST
this morning and lasted for about an hour.  Distant
showers were observed throughout the day, but no other
precip. fell at BHO by 1:00PM.  Temperatures have
remained cooler than average.  A low of 39F occurred
early this morning, and the max. by 1:00PM was only 54F.
The average temperature for today is 55F.  Conditions
were favorable for very clear visibility today, remaining
at 80 miles during each observation.
