SKIES BEGIN TO CLEAR IN AFTERNOON AFTER RAINY MORNING

Light rain and drizzle continued on and off this morning
through the 10:00AM EST observation.  The precip. total
for the storm measured 1.92 in. by 1:00PM today.  The
monthly total through 7:00AM today was 3.08 in, which is
1.37 in. above the monthly normal.  Skies began to clear
once the rain had ended, and visibility improved to 70 miles
by the afternoon.
