CIRRUS CLOUDS MOVE IN AHEAD OF STORM
Skies were mostly clear again this morning but were
partly cloudy by early afternoon with scattered cirrus.
Wind direction began to shift south-southwest in the
late morning as wind speeds dropped yielding light winds
by the 1:00PM EST observation.
Temperatures have been slightly warmer today but still
remain colder than normal. Yesterday’s average temp. of
15F was 19F below average. The max. so far today is 29F.
