MIX OF CLOUDS AND SUN WITH ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND A STIFF
BREEZE….

Just a note, here at BHO we do not use DST, thus all times within
our discussions will continue to be in EST. We do this for continuity
purposes, as well as to keep our record keeping/reporting simplified.

Skies featured plenty of sunshine this morning, but mainly high
level clouds have moved into the area by early this afternoon. This
is leaving us with a mix of sun and clouds.

Temperatures have finally warmed to above seasonal levels with values
reaching the upper 50s early this afternoon. It feels pretty nice out
there today despite the continued brisk wind.

Winds aren’t as strong as the past few days, but it’s still on the
breezy side out there. A general westerly wind has been averaging
around 15mph for the day so far. Gusts have been reaching into the
30-35mph range at times. The peak gust however did reach 38mph just
after 10am this morning.

Visibility has been excellent, rising from around 60 miles early
this morning to a brilliant 80 miles by early this afternoon.

The maximum temperature for today is 58F degrees, which is 16 degrees
above the normal high of 42F. The minimum temperature since midnight
is 33F degrees, which is 8 degrees above the normal low of 25F.
