CLOUDS….
We observed 70 miles of visibility between 10 A.M. and 1 P.M., along
with decreasing clouds since morning. The air has stayed dry, with
the humidity staying around 55%. Light winds have picked up slightly
since this morning, and have shifted from east to northeast. The
maximum temperature so far today is 68F, six degrees below the normal
of 74F. The low since midnight was 54F, two degrees below the normal of 56F.
