SPECTACULAR EARLY JULY WEATHER TO CELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE DAY….

It just doesn’t get any better than this for early July. Plenty
of sunshine, warm temperatures, and unusually dry air is the
theme today. Temperatures have reached the low 80s, but with the
dew point dipping into the 40s this afternoon, it’s as pleasant
as it gets here for July.

A light breeze that’s been mainly north-northwest this morning
has backed a little to the west-northwest early this afternoon.
Speeds have generally been under 10mph, but we do get gusts in
the 20-25mph range at times.

Visibility has been excellent all day holding at around 80 miles.
Amazing for July!

The high so far today is 82F, which is 1 degree above the
normal maximum of 81F. The low since midnight is 60F, which
is 3 degrees below the normal minimum of 63F.
