A SIGNIFICANT MELTING DAY AHEAD OF ANOTHER COLD SNAP.

With temperatures climbing throughout the night, 0700E on Blue
Hill was balmy, wet and thoroughly in the fog. Drizzle and rain
showers through the night also aided in melting snow on the ground
to approximately 1 inch at 0700E with only patches remaining by
early afternoon. Winds have been gusty as well, with winds gusting
above 40mph consistently for a while this morning.
