WINDS GUSTING UP TO 40 MPH, LIGHT SNOW AS STORM APPROACHES

Precipitation totaled 0.16 inches this morning at the
7:00AM observation, with traces of snow on the ground.
Light snow and rain fell on and off throughout the day
totaling only 0.01 inches by 1:00PM.  Fog limited
visibility to 30 miles or less at each observation, and
skies remained mostly cloudy.

Winds shifted ENE yesterday evening and have stayed out
of that direction through the early afternoon.  Peak gusts
have been up to approximately 40 MPH.
