ANOTHER ARCTIC AIR MASS ARRIVES TODAY TO FINISH OUT THE MONTH
The month of February which has been below normal in
temperature for most of the month, has turned back to slightly
above normal (+0.3 degree) after the past two days averaged
unseasonably mild by +13 degrees. Additionally, minimum
temperatures had not fallen below 32F since February 20.
The total snow depth has steadily melted down to 7 inches
from 19 last week but did not change from yesterday to today.
A new Arctic air mass was blowing in on gusty W-WNW winds
today, and dew points were dropping through the teens.

scattered dense cirrus/cirrus, few stratocumulus distant E-SE and
along horizon distant W-NW, altocumulus castellanus and few
