BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURES AND HIGH AFTERNOON WINDS

After yesterday’s winter snow storm 7.5 inches was measured at 7 AM
making a storm total of 7.7 inches of snow. This leaves the month 22.7
inches above normal. The temperatures remained below normal all day
with a high of 32F by 1pm ob. The wind picked up out of the NW in the
afternoon with a peak wind of 52 kts (60 mph).
