PLEASANTLY MILD WITH DRY AIR AND CONTINUED EXCELLENT
VISIBILITY….

Today has been another very pleasant day despite more in
the way of cloudiness this afternoon than yesterday. Mild
temperatures in the low to mid 70s and low humidity has
made for another glorious day.

The wind has been very light as well helping to keep the
air comfortable despite the relatively low dew point for
this time of year. Average wind speed since 7 A.M. has only
been around 4 mph with a peak gust thus far of only 14 mph.

The visibility has been an excellent 80 miles all day,
truly impressive for late August!

The high so far today is 75F, which is 2 degrees below
the daily normal maximum of 77F. The low since midnight
is 54F, which is 6 degrees below the average of 60F.
