MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS
ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA

MONDAY, AUGUST 21, 2023
ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST)
SUNRISE: 0458E
SUNSET:  1836E

MAINLY CLOUDY WITH LIMITED HAZY SUNSHINE; WARM AND MORE HUMID…

We’ve seen a lot of mid and high level clouds today, only
allowing some filtered sunshine to be seen. Despite all the
cloud cover, the temperature has still warmed into the low
to mid 80s across the area.

Unfortunately, the dew point has risen as well with values
reaching the upper 60s to near 70 this afternoon. Thus it feels
rather stuffy outside.

The wind has been on the light side today, mainly out of a
westerly direction. The average speed for the day thus far is
around 9mph. The peak gust thus far, occurring at around 6:30
this morning, is 18mph.

Visibility has been restricted today due to the general haziness,
likely from the increase in moisture in the air. The view has
only been around 15-20 miles all day.

The maximum temperature so far today has been 83F, which is
3 degrees above the normal high of 80F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 66F, which is 4 degrees above the normal low
of 62F.
