SKIES MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH CIRRUS FROM TROPICAL STORM GERT

Skies were mostly cloudy all morning and overcast by early
afternoon with high cirrus and cirrostratus clouds preceding
TS Gert.  A partial halo was spotted around the sun during
the 1:00PM EST observation.

Overnight temperatures were again on the warm side with a
minimum of reading 68F around 5:00AM.  Winds became quite
low during the early morning hours and averaged about 5 MPH.
They have been slow to pick up and have reached a peak gust
of only 13 MPH so far today.
