A PLEASANT FALL DAY ATOP GREAT BLUE HILL….

Not much has changed since yesterday in the weather department.
We again are experiencing mostly sunny skies and light winds.
Temperatures are a few degrees cooler today, though, thanks to
an onshore easterly flow yet still above average. Dew points
remain in the low to mid-50s, which is anomalously warm for
this time of year. As such, our overnight lows are where this
month’s warmth is occuring. The morning low both yesterday
and today is 55, which is nearly 10 degrees above the norm.

Visibility-wise, we began around 35 miles in the morning
increasing to 65 miles by early afternoon.

The high so far today is 69F, 5 degrees above the normal max of
64F. The low since midnight is 55F, 8 degrees above the normal
low of 47F.
