SPLENDID DAY WITH PLENTY OF SUNSHINE AND WARM TEMPERATURES….
Sunshine has been the rule today with only some passing clouds
of various types throughout the day. Temperatures have responded
nicely with readings reaching the mid to upper 70s! The dew
point has been creeping up a bit however, reaching near 60 this
afternoon. It’s making it feel a touch on the humid side, but
otherwise a very pleasant day for outdoor activity!
The wind has been a bit active at times, but nothing like a few
days ago. The average speed for the day so far is around 10mph
with a peak gust thus far of 22mph occurring just after 1pm.
Visibility has been decent today ranging from 40 miles early
this morning to 60 miles this afternoon.
The high so far today is 77F, which is 13 degrees above the
normal maximum of 64. The low since midnight is 55F, which is
8 degrees above the normal minimum of 47F.
