Light northwesterly winds have persisted between the 7 A.M.
and 1 P.M. observations. Visibility has remained excellent
at 85 miles throughout the day. Relative humidity has dropped
from 73% at 7 A.M. to 37% at 1 P.M. The high temperature so
far today is 44F, 13 below the normal of 57F. The low since
midnight is 27F, 12 degrees below the daily normal minimum.
Temperatures measured today are normally observed in late
November-early December!
