ABOVE NORMAL TEMPS, EXTREMELY HUMID CONDITIONS

An approaching sub-tropical low pressure system has given us a humid
and cloudy day.  Dew points had risen to the mid 60s and remained there
through the early afternoon.  Thick morning fog cleared to scattered
cumulus late in the morning, but skies were overcast by the 1:00PM
observation.  Southeast winds were gusting to a max. of almost 30 MPH.

Temperatures were above normal again today as well.  The minimum temp.
since midnight (57F) and the max. by 1:00PM (75F) are both 16F above
their respective averages.
