CONSISTENT RAINFALL, OVERCAST CONDITIONS AND LOW VISIBILITY
ATOP GREAT BLUE HILL….

We observed very limited visibility with our max visibility briefly being
40 miles. Winds continue to remain stiff from the NE with our coastal low
spinning offshore. The highest gust since midnight is 41 mph, which occurred
around 4 AM this morning. Our overnight rainfall amounted to a measly 0.05
inches, with with another 0.45 ins falling between 7 A.M. and 1 P.M. With
cloudy conditions and persistent NE winds, temperatures have varied very
little. The high so far today is 50F, which is 12 degrees below the normal
high of 62F. The low since midnight was 48F, which is 3 degrees above the
daily normal minimum of 45F.
