DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2016
ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME

OVERCAST CONDITIONS CONTINUE TODAY WITH DRIZZLE

The sky has remained overcast for a second consecutive day today, with
no sunshine observed so far.  Fog has been prevalent as well, but has
been broken enough at times to see higher cloud layers.  Rain showers
yesterday evening left a total of 0.05 inches of rain at the summit.  A
trace of snow was recorded for yesterday due to some ice pellets observed
mid-morning.  Occasional light rain and drizzle has continued today, but no
additional measurable rain has fallen.  Temperatures have climbed slowly
from a morning low of 38F to a high so far of 46F.  Winds are very light
again today as well, with a peak gust for the day so far of only 14mph,
after just a 15mph peak gust yesterday.
