MORNING RAIN AND CLOUDS GIVE WAY TO A BRIGHT, SEASONABLE
YET BLUSTERY AUTUMN DAY….

We measured 0.32 inches at 7 A.M. from last night’s rainfall. Quick
clearing was accompanied by strong cold air advection from the west.
The highest wind so far today was 65 MPH early this morning.
Visibility has been stellar here, holding at 80 miles. After this
week’s stretch of clouds and rain, the sunshine is a welcomed sight.
October rainfall amounted to 6.92 inches, which is 2.23 inches above
the normal total of 4.69 inches.

The high so far today is 68F, 13 degrees above the
daily normal maximum of 55F. The low since midnight
is 49F, 11 degrees above the normal minimum of 38F.
