WARMER THAN YESTERDAY WITH LESS VISIBILITY;
AND SKIES BECOMING OVERCAST IN THE AFTERNOON….

We observed an average visibility of 60 miles
throughout the day, with it dropping slightly to
50 miles at the 1 P.M. observation. Conditions
were clear from 7 A.M. to 10 A.M., with skies
gradually becoming overcast with a translucent
cirrostratus layer in the afternoon. Temperatures
today moved closer to normal, but still remained
below normal. The high temperature so far today
is 33F, 9 degrees below the daily normal maximum
of 42F. The low since midnight is 11F, 13 degrees
below the normal minimum of 24F.
