LIGHT SNOW AND WINDS
Snow was coming down lightly during today’s observations.
The total precip. at 7:00AM was 0.02 in. with an additional
0.11 in. falling by 1:00PM. The total snow fall at 7:00 AM
was 1.3 in. with an additional 1.0 in. falling by 1:00 PM.
Temperatures remained below normal with a high of 29F at
the 1:00 PM observation. Normal max for today is 42F. Temperatures
are dropping and should continue to drop overnight.
Winds died down around 2:00 AM and were very light and variable
today. The official gust from yesterday’s strong winds was 46 kts
(53 MPH).
