MOISTURE MOVES THROUGH THE REGION, ONLY A TRACE
FROM MORNING SHOWERS

Yesterday afternoon’s maximum of 76F reached the
exact daily normal maximum temperature, as a damper
air mass move through the region overnight. Temperatures
dipped to a slightly warmer than normal 60F.

A brief shower left just a trace of new rain this morning,
increasing abnormally dry conditions on Great Blue Hill.
Following another dry day yesterday, precipitation for the
year is now 3.84 inches below normal.

Towering cumulus were present during the 1:00 PM EST
observation as a frontal passage was occurring. Development
of cumulus were seen ahead of the front just to the SE
of Great Blue Hill.
