A WARMER THAN NORMAL DAY WITH INCREASING AFTERNOON
CLOUDS ATOP GREAT BLUE HILL….

Today started with some scattered cirrus clouds that increased
with a pressure drop of almost 4 millibars by 1 P.M. Wind has
remained southwesterly for the majority of the day, and
visibility has been 70 miles since the 10 A.M. observation.
The maximum temperature so far today is 43F. This is 9 degrees
above the normal high of 35F. The ponds have thawed out
considerably, losing any  noticeable ice cover by 10 A.M.
The low since midnight is 30F, 12 degrees above the daily
normal minimum of 18F.
