ATOP GREAT BLUE HILL…

Clear bluebird skies dominated our region today. This was
accompanied by excellent visibility remaining at a
consistent 85 miles. A snow-capped Mount Monadnock
in southwestern New Hampshire was seen throughout
observations! Winds have been much gentler than
yesterday with only a 24 MPH gust earlier in the day- in
fact, winds were calm by 1PM. Below normal temperatures
have persisted into today with ocean effect snow showers
noted to our far southeast.

The high so far today is 26F degrees, this is 12 degrees
below the normal of 38F. The low since midnight is 11F,
9 degrees below the normal daily minimum of 20F.
