WEATHER….
Today we observed overcast conditions with consistent
rain and wind. Visibility was six miles at most, but
has decreased to around a half mile as rain and fog
intensify.
Wind is easterly, with speeds around 25 mph and
frequent gusts above 30 mph. The highest gust so
far today is above 40 mph! This leaves a very cold
feeling in the air.
Rainfall before 7 A.M. amounted to 0.30 inches, with
an additional 0.60 inches falling before the 1 P.M.
observation.
The high so far today is 40F, which is the same as
the normal maximum. The low since midnight is 39F,
which is 14 degrees above the normal minimum of 25F.
