CLEAR SKIES WITH AFTERNOON CLOUDS BRINGS US AN INCREASE
IN TEMPERATURES ON BLUE HILL TODAY….

Today has been very similar from yesterday, starting with mostly
clear skies and low-level heating bringing cloudy conditions by
early afternoon. The difference is that the temperatures have
risen back into normal range and with it a slight rise in the
dew points. It’s still been a beautiful day but it feels a bit
warmer in the sun than it did yesterday.

Dew points have been hovering in the mid to upper 50s for much of
the day. Temperatures just hit the 80F mark early this afternoon
so it could possibly get warmer before the end of the day.

The wind has been a repeat of yesterday with a flow from the west
and west-northwest. The average speed for the day so far is around
8mph. The peak gust so far is about 20mph, which occurred just before
12:30pm

Visibility has been between 30-40 miles for much of the day.

The maximum temperature so far today is 80F, which is 1 degree
above the normal high of 79F. The minimum temperature since
midnight is 58F, which is 4 degrees below the normal low of 62F.
