ANOTHER WARM AND HAZY DAY ATOP GREAT BLUE HILL….

Today was on the warmer side, with hazy conditions
playing a factor regarding visibility. Only 20 miles
were seen most of the day, with the highest visibility
being 25 miles at the 7 A.M. observation. Skies are
partly cloudy, mostly consisting of a translucent layer
of altostratus clouds.

Otherwise the last measurable rainfall occurred 10 days ago
with only 0.01″ being measured. The monthly deficit has
exceeded an inch and a quarter, and the annual total is
almost 5 inches below normal.

The high so far today is 86F, which is 15 degrees above
the normal high of 69F. The low since midnight is 57F,
which is 6 degrees above the daily normal low of 51F.
