CLOUDS INCREASE AFTER A BREEZY PARTLY SUNNY MORNING….
A line of severe thunderstorms moved though beginning
yesterday afternoon around 3:30 P.M. EST and continued
for a few hours ending around 7:00 P.M. Hail and heavy
rain was observed during this time and we measured a
total of 0.74 ins of rainfall. We had our official peak
gust yesterday during the storm of 44 kts (51 MPH) at
4:44 P.M.
The wind shifted yesterday afternoon before the storm
from SSW-NE. This morning was breezy as pressure rose
with a peak gust so far of 27 kts (31 MPH) just before
6:00 A.M. Winds have become lighter this afternoon and
continue to be from the NE.

few stratocumulus distant along the horizon
