YESTERDAY’S CALM GIVES WAY TO TODAY’S FOG AND RAIN.
By 1 P.M. this afternoon 0.06 inches of new rain had fallen since
beginning before 7 A.M. with more expected later this afternoon. Yesterday’s
average temperature of 40 added another 15 degrees of warmth to this month’s
departure which is now only two degrees above normal for the month of January.
