AN OVERCAST, BREEZY DAY FOLLOWING YESTERDAY’S RAIN….

We observed a total 2.95 inches of rain from
when it began on Saturday the 14th. Today started
mostly cloudy, becoming completely overcast by 10:00 A.M.
The wind picked up around 8:30 A.M., reaching a peak gust
of 36 mph at 9:15 A.M. Winds remained moderate throughout
the day, with frequent gusts at 30 mph. The maximum
temperature observed so far continued to be below
seasonable, only reaching 48F. This is 8 degrees below
the normal of 56F. The minimum since midnight is 38F,
which matches the daily normal.
