summer day, with good visibility and dew
points in the mid to upper 50’s. Wind has
been on the lighter side for most of the
day, only reaching 15 mph from the west
this morning. Visibility was 70 miles on
average, and weather was almost overcast
with a thin cirrostratus layer at the
1 P.M. observation.
