OVERCAST AND CHILLY WITH A SLOW SEA BREEZE….
Today we observed mostly cloudy skies that became overcast
before the 10 A.M. observation. Visibility was good, being

at +5.7F departure thus far. This is on pace for one of the
warmest Novembers on record dating back 1885. We will see how
the remainder of the month goes!

as we are 1.57 inches under on the month. The annual deficit is
4.17 inches. According to the drought monitor, we are still in
a Moderate drought.
