A thick fog kept visibility at 3 miles for this mornings
observations, but visibility improved before 10 AM with
visibilities reaching up to 40 miles.
Winds increased overnight and continue to be gusty as
temperatures warmed into the mid 70s by mid day with dew
points sitting in the mid 60s
Cloud skies prevailed throughout the day with only a few breaks
of sun.
