A DRY, SEASONABLE DAY WITH LIGHT WIND AND CLOUDS INCREASING
IN THE AFTERNOON….
It has been a considerably dry day so far, with the dew point staying
around 40F. This has allowed the visibility to stay at 70 miles for
each observation time. Wind has been light and variable for most of
the day, with a speed less than 10 mph. The wind shifted from north
to east around noon. High clouds have been increasing since this morning,
but have not covered the whole sky. The maximum temperature so far
