STEADY RAIN BEGINS MONDAY MORNING- 0.33 INCHES BY 13E TODAY
Following a seasonable and quiet Sunday, steady light to
moderate rain began to fall just after this morning’s
7:00 AM EST observation. By 10:00 AM EST an even quarter
inch of new rain had fallen with fog reducing visibility to
less than 1 mile. Temperatures have struggled to climb from
this morning’s minimum reading of 35F, reaching the lower
40s by mid day today.
By today’s 1:00 PM EST observation light rain continued to
fall with thick fog reducing visibility to 1/4 of a mile.
Temperatures had reached a maximum of 42F so far.
