MOSTLY CLOUDY AND OVERCAST SKIES AHEAD OF LOW PRESSURE

Cloud layers have been broken or overcast all morning
and into the afternoon with altocumulus, altostratus,
and cirrus clouds. Distant cumulus were seen to the
northwest during the 1:00PM EST observation. Wind speeds
were increasing in the afternoon with gusts over 20 MPH
out of the southwest. The cloudy conditions helped to
keep temperatures slightly lower than average. The max.
temp. by 1:00PM was 76F which is 6F below average. Dew
points measured in the mid-50s.
