Today was another day with low humidity and clear skies
as a high pressure system continues to bring dry air
into the area.  Temperatures were still below normal values.
A minimum temperature of 35F occurred early this morning, 3F
below average.  By the 1:00PM EST observation, a maximum
temperature of 53F was recorded, also 3F below average.
