Today we observed a visibility increase following an
almost 20 millibar rise in pressure overnight. The
visibility of 65 miles this morning rose to 85 miles
by 1 P.M. Pressure continued to trend upward, leaving
the sky with little to mention as far as cloud cover. A
stiff 20 mph wind has persisted from the northwest,
keeping temperatures cold despite abundant sunshine.
The high temperature so far today is 26F, 8 degrees below
the daily normal maximum of 34F. The low since midnight
is 16F, which is a degree below the normal low of 17F.
