MUCH-NEEDED SNOWFALL….
Last night’s snow measured to 3 inches, which
amounted to 0.37 inches melted down. Weather
conditions early were foggy with a visibility
of 2 miles, but improved as the day went on.
At the 1 P.M. observation, skies were partly
cloudy, and the visibility was 80 miles. One
feature to note was the undercast seen around
8 A.M. Wind also picked up, with a speed of
35 MPH being seen on the gust chart around
noontime.
The high so far today is 39F, 6 degrees above
the normal high of 33F. The low since midnight
is 21F, this is 4 degrees above the normal low
of 17F.
