TEMPERATURES REMAIN BELOW NORMAL AS ARCTIC AIR MOVES IN.

After a cold start, with temperatures in the lower teens,
highs reached up to 20 degrees before strong WNW winds
brought began to bring colder air in by the 1 o’clock
observation.

Clearing skies from this morning have increased the
visibility this afternoon, which is now approaching 80 miles.

Winds, which were very light early this morning, are now
gusting as high as 36 MPH.

A close eye will need to be kept on the record lows for
today and Sunday, as well as the record low high temperature
for Sunday with very cold air expected.
